Terms of Use

Effective October 30, 2026.

These terms apply to your use of the Trama app and the playtrama.com website. By using Trama, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Who provides Trama

Trama is provided by DNGX Consultoria e Sistemas LTDA, CNPJ 31.461.455/0001-38. Contact: contato@dngx.com.br.

Trama has fiction stories with adult themes, sensual language and sex scenes described in text. To use it, you must be 18 or older and able to accept these terms under the laws of the place where you live. We block access when the age you enter or the age range reported by the system indicates you are under 18.

What Trama is

Trama is an interactive story app: you read, make choices, and the story changes course. Between chapters, the characters send you messages, and you can reply.

• It's all fiction. Characters, places and situations are made up. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. All characters are adults, and relationships in the stories are always between consenting adults.
• You control the tone. You set limits, themes and spice level in your profile, and the app respects those choices.
• The images are illustrative. They are created for Trama and do not show real people.

Chatting with artificial intelligence

When AI chat is on, the characters' replies in free chat are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model, playing the character. Because of that:

• the replies are fiction and may be inaccurate, repetitive or not what you expected;
• they are not advice of any kind (health, legal, financial, emotional) and do not replace a real person;
• the chat does not change the course of the story; the path comes from the chapters and the pre-written replies.

You agree not to use the chat to try to get content involving minors, real violence, lack of consent, hate, illegal activities or other people's data. The model is instructed to refuse these topics, and we may limit or turn off the chat to protect the service. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent to generate the replies.

Gems, tickets and Trama Pass

Some stories, chapters, scenes and replies are paid. To unlock them, you can use:

• Daily ticket: free, renewed periodically, with no cash value.
• Gems: virtual currency bought in the app. Gems have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or taken to another app, and can only be used to unlock content in Trama. What you unlock with gems stays unlocked on the device.
• Trama Pass (monthly or yearly): a subscription that unlocks the content shown on the purchase screen and includes monthly gems, while it is active.

Important rules:

• No free trial. The subscription is paid from day one.
• Automatic renewal. The Pass renews automatically for the same period and price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You are charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
• How to cancel. On iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. If you cancel, the Pass stays valid until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Restore purchases. The Pass can be restored on another device with the same store account, using the "Restore purchases" option.
• Gems stay on the device. Since Trama has no accounts, your gem balance and the content unlocked with gems are stored on your device. If you delete the app or switch devices without restoring a backup of it, that balance may be lost and we have no way to recover it.
• Prices. Prices are shown on the purchase screen, in your store's currency, and may change. Changes to the Pass price follow the App Store and Google Play rules.
• Refunds. Refund requests are made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or to Google (through your Google Play account), under each store's rules. This does not affect your rights under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

What you can and can't do

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Trama on your device, for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• copy, distribute, sell or publish the app's stories, images, audio or text, in whole or in part;
• modify, decompile or try to extract the app's code or content, except where the law allows;
• get around purchases, limits or protections of the app and the server, or use the server outside the app;
• use Trama for any illegal purpose.

All Trama content (stories, characters, text, images, music, trademarks and software) belongs to DNGX or its licensors.

Availability

We work to keep Trama running well, but the app and the server may have failures, maintenance or changes. We may add, change or remove stories and features. If we remove a story you unlocked, we will do our best to keep it on your device. Features that depend on the internet, such as downloading new stories and AI chat, may be temporarily unavailable; in that case, the chat replies with pre-written lines.

Liability

Trama is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by use that does not follow these terms, by failures of your device, your internet connection or the stores, or by the loss of data stored only on the device. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

App stores

If you downloaded Trama from the App Store, Apple's standard app license terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms, are not responsible for Trama or its content, and do not provide support for it; support is provided by us. In case of conflict, these terms prevail, except where the store rules require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page, with the date at the top, and important changes are announced in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Trama after that, you agree to the new version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of your place of residence are chosen to resolve any dispute, as guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code.
